Photo ID: You must present a photo ID to the registrar at all program locations.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $35.00 penalty fee if we are not notified within three (3) working days of the scheduled class. Failure to cancel will result in loss of full registration fee. Please call 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. A $10 charge will be added to all walk-ins and registrations received within 24 hours of the class.

CE REPORTING:  We are required to report continuing education credits via electronic roster submission based upon the MASSACHUSETTS RESIDENT licensees' Producer license numbers or Public Insurance Adjuster license numbers.  Please be sure to use your Massachusetts Producer License Number, not your NPN.   If you do not know your number, you can email the Producer Mailbox at producerupdate.mailbox@MassMail.State.Mass.US or call Producer Licensing Department at (617) 521-7794 and opt for line #2 to get it.
