THE BUSINESS AUTO POLICY (BAP)WITH ENDORSEMENTS & THE GARAGE POLICY Let's learn what risk is eligible for a Business Auto policy (BAP)as opposed to a Personal Auto policy (PAP) - even when the vehicle is registered to an individual! We'll discuss BAP coverages & important endorsements, and how to explain to your insured that sometimes certain coverage must be purchased elsewhere-or it's just not available. Then let's look at the differences between the Garage policy, BAP & CGL. We'll figure out which insureds need a Garage policy from a premises liability and products & completed operations issues point of view. And finally, we'll consider the importance of Garagekeepers Legal Liability coverage in conjunction with a Garage policy.
