This Introductory Course will give you what you absolutely need to know to service your customers. The material covered in this class will get right to-the-point. You will learn all about the important coverages and how to understand the policy.

• We will identify eligibility for the dwelling fire policy;
• Discuss the three property peril forms; and
• Discuss theft & personal liability endorsements.
