PL Primer- Bridging the Sales & Account Rounding Gap

This is a class for new students and seasoned veterans to the industry. Students new to the industry will gain valuable insight on how all the personal lines policies can interact with one another. Students that have been in the industry may gain new insight on addressing customer concerns and gain a leg up on internet groups trying to gain a foothold of their customers with their one product line.

The topics covered will help the insurance person:
1. Stretch that budget using risk management techniques.
2. What do I need to know about auto insurance and the endorsements available?
3. What do I need to know to insure the homeowner and condo owner properly and the endorsements that can be added?
4. Umbrella, umbrella, umbrella coverage: for who, why and what limit do I talk about?
5. Learn spin-off sales tools to create more sales for the agency in ancillary lines.
6. Let’s get increased commission for the licensed producer.
7. Make the sales and customer service process a fun and rewarding profit center experience.
