Issues & Problems in the Homeowners Policy
When you reach STEP 5 you’re over the hump! Let’s get into a thorough discussion on the problems in the Homeowners policy. Three major issues will be presented: the building ordinance or law exclusion and the E&O problems for agents, ISO’s “additional limits of insurance” endorsement, and the coverage provided and excluded in endorsements that address the “business issue”.
