Evaluate
your agency's
health by developing a set of values that can be used as a filter
to hire employees, appoint companies and even fire clients. This
program will begin
with establishing your agency's values and
discussing your agency's dangers, opportunities and strengths
(DOS). The DOS information will be used to determine your agency's
top 5 goals for the next year. Once the goals
are in place, an
action plan will be created with key dates and assignments for personnel
who will assist in achiveing the milestones towards your agency's goals. This
program will revolve around a culture of alignment, momentum and accountability. Participants
will take away from this program a solid knowledge of what the agency's values are, what
you have to do to achieve your agency's goals and who is going to help you
get where you want to be! |

President of EO, Mr. Skelly helped write the curriculum, trained the

momentum and accountability that all agency leaders want with their staffs. |

Where
should you do this? Not in your office!! A session like this
receives the best results by going off site -- it creates a different
atmosphere and promotes broader thinking. We also suggest
that you include breakfast items for the morning and have a lunch brought
in for the attendees as well. If you have a location you would like
to use (other than your office), please feel free to arrange it with that
location. If
you do not have such a location in mind, MAIA would be happy to offer our
conference room for your use for the day. |
