HYANNIS, MA:

From Boston:  Follow Route 93 South to Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge and onto Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 East to Exit 6.  Take a right off the exit onto Route 132 South.  At the 4th set of lights turn right onto Bearses Way (towards Hyannis West End).  Continue straight through 2 sets of lights.  Bear right at the fork.  At the next set of lights turn right onto North Street.  Continue straight to the rotary.  Take the 2nd exit just after the Paddock Restaurant.  Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis will be on your left.  

From Western Massachusetts:  Follow Route 495 South to Route 25 East to the Bourne Bridge and merge onto the rotary.  Take the 4th exit off the rotary (IHOP will be on your left).  Follow until you reach a set of traffic lights. Take a right at the lights onto Route 6 East.  Follow Route 6 East to Exit 6.  Follow directions from above at this point.

From Falmouth: Follow Route 28 South into the Mashpee Rotary.  Take your 2nd exit off the rotary following the signs to Hyannis. Follow Route 28 for approximately 12-14 miles (you will travel through 4 sets of lights).  Just before the 5th light merge to the right off of Route 28 to West Main Street.  Follow West Main Street to the end and take the exit just after the Paddock Restaurant. Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis will be on you left.

From Rte. 2:

From the North:
Exit 3 off of I295.  At the stop light, bear right onto Gorham Road.  Go through 6 sets of stop lights.  Enter the Sable Oaks complex on the right.  The Hotel is at the top of the hill on the left.

From the South:

From Airport:

From T.F Green Airport:
Take I-95 South to Route 4 then follow signs to Newport and the Newport Bridge (toll). Take first exit off Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport) and a right at the end of the exit ramp. Go straight through the first set of lights. Bear to the left at the second set of lights after the cemetery. This is Thames Street. At the next set of lights, take a left ( Washington Square; movie theaters on right) and follow up the hill to the second set of lights. The Hotel Viking is on the right, approximately a 35 minute drive.

From Points North (Boston Area):
Leave Boston area on Route 128 South to Route 24 South, which then becomes Route 114 South. Follow Route 114 South into Newport to Ayrault Street; look for Hotel Viking billboard on left. Take a left onto Ayrault Street and a right at the stop sign ( Kay Street). The Hotel Viking will be located straight ahead, approximately a 1 1/2 hour drive.

From Providence Area:
Take Route 195 East to Route 24 South, which then becomes Route 114 South. Follow Route 114 South to Ayrault Street; look for Hotel Viking billboard on left.
