| Step #1 - Homeowners Policy |
| When was the last time you really read the homeowners (HO) policy? We’ll do a complete overview of the HO policy, including all of the changes that have come down through ALL of the edition dates. Everyone should start on a level playing field. This may be your "Intro" course to the HO policy or a great "refresher" one. |

We’ll show you how to avoid E&O exposures and how to implement some "fast fixes" for important E&O considerations. And finally, we’ll discuss how you can keep those hard earned clients by providing efficient and helpful claims services. |
