Imagine being anywhere - your home or your office - and being able to participate in a live, instructor-lead training program, as it's happening in MAIA's Training Center! Simply use your internet browser to see, hear and participate in every aspect of what's going on...

2 Ways to Experience Effective Insurance Training

2. Attend through Streaming Live...
Participate fully in live, instructor-led seminars remotely from your office, home...anywhere!


allows you to participate remotely as if you were there:
  • See and hear the instructor's presentation in real time
  • Communicate with the instructor and classmates via email access
  • Follow along with handout that you will receive via email.

offers continuing education (CE*) by monitoring you electronically. Instructor will randomly ask you to click on a "Check-in" link found on the Streaming Live... webpage several times during the program if you want to receive CE.

*All "Check-ins" are required if you want to receive CE for the program. The CE amounts listed are for Massachusetts, if you are from another state, please check with your state association to see what CE has been granted for the class in your state.

REGISTRATION: 8:30 a.m.
CLASS TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Indicate CLASSROOM or STREAMING LIVE... on registration
2. Complete separate registration for every person who wants CE and provide email address for every person
3. Download latest version of Flash Player software
4. Disable your pop-up blocker to view presentation
5. Utilize computer's speakers to hear the presentation

The DAY BEFORE the Streaming Live... CE program, every person who has registered will receive an EMAIL with

  • a link to a webpage where Streaming Live... will appear
  • an attached pdf of the program handout
  • directions on how to access the stream
  • directions on how to "Check-in" in order to receive CEs!

    If you attend the class "In-Person," you must present a photo ID to the registrar at program location.

    Cancellation Policy:
    There will be a $35.00 penalty fee if we are not notified within three (3) working days of the scheduled class. Failure to cancel will result in loss of full registration fee. Please call 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. A $10 charge will be added to all walk-ins and registrations received within 24 hours of the class.
