An Education Only Registration permits a person to attend ONE education class of their choice.  They will receive, as conference material, a name badge and one ticket to be collected at the door of the session that they plan to attend.
An education only registration also includes admittance to the Trade Show.

How do I register for the Trade Show only and what is the cost?
The cost for the Trade Show Only is $20.  Admission to the exhibit hall is included with Conference Registration.  It is also included in the price of an Education Only registration.  Although not officially restricted, children must be accompanied by a parent at all times while on the exhibit hall floor.

Where do I pick up my conference material?
Registration and conference material will be mailed directly to the attendee up until 2 weeks prior to the conference.  Participants registered after that may pick up their conference material at the registration area on the third floor of the hotel.

Yes, you may sign up to attend at the registration area on the third floor of the hotel.  We encourage people to register in advance to avoid any lines or waiting.

    What is the dress code?

The dress code for The Big Event is casual or business-casual.  Be comfortable while soaking up that new knowledge and meeting those new people who will be resources for you in the future.  You’ll probably do lots of walking, so choose your shoes carefully.

Do I have to pay for parking at the Copley Place Garage?

Yes, you must pay for your parking.  Unfortunately, the hotel does not own the garage and therefore cannot give us a discount.  We realize that this is quite an expense and encourage you to carpool, or take public transportation.  We have included information here for this purpose.
