State Mandated Training: Flood Insurance & Ethics
CEUs: 6
Speaker(s): Marshall Katz, MS, CIC, LIA, AAI, LUTC

Flood Insurance - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
If you're an agency owner, sales manager and like referrals; you need to send your people to this every 2 year required class. We will not only talk about the customers you may get through the National Flood Insurance Program, but today's issues your agency and your customers will need to know to thrive and survive in the coming years.

Ethics - 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The state made ethics a core curriculum for continuing education classes as many states have done before us. Besides the requirement and getting certified and CE credits; you will lead the discussion as to what being, living and working ethically means to you and hopefully we will have heated dialogue that you will navigate us through during the class. Ethics is a full-contact class. Get ready now!

This Full-Day Pre-Conference Intensive includes CEs, Luncheon Buffet & Young Agents Opening Reception.

Marshall Katz, MS, CIC, LIA, AAI, LUTC
Marshall currently teaches fulltime for MAIA on a variety of subjects from personal lines licensing to CISR & CIC designation programs. Marshall started in the industry working for a direct writer in their personal lines sales department and after many years with them opened his own independent agency. The agency wrote personal and commercial lines as well as life and health products. He juggled agency duties with teaching classes for 24 years and has since sold the agency to be able to concentrate on facilitating classes. All though he is now back writing insurance for select accounts through a local agency.

Marshall has a Bachelors degree from Clark University with a major in accounting and a Masters degree also from Clark with a major in Marketing Communications. He is a licensed producer in MA and CT and a licensed insurance advisor in MA and an avid golfer and woodworker.

Marshall’s classes employ the use of PowerPoint visuals and he gladly shares those with his classes as support to the material being presented. If you desire a course PowerPoint that I might have, feel free to email me your request:
