A PLAN FOR YOUR AGENCY!
Come prepared to build your own voice in the industry. This interactive workshop will help you build an influencer plan for social media, traditional PR and direct to consumer programs. The workshop will focus on three components:
1 – Building a campaign around measurable platforms. Measurement is the number one most important thing (after creative) for a campaign, because it lets you know what you’re doing wrong and how/when to adjust tactics and strategies.
2 – Finding Creativity. Let’s face it – when you are focused on numbers sometimes it’s hard to think creatively. This portion of the workshop will give you some tips and strategies for developing and testing messaging to move your agency to the next level.
3 – Programming. Keeping it simple and straightforward is important. What will work for your agency? Rapid response media relations? Press releases? A combination? We will spend time with participants workshopping different program possibilities.
