Insuring Trusts and the Personal Lines Homeowners Customer
CEUs: 1
Speaker(s): Robin Federici, CPCU, AAI, ARM, AINS, AIS, CPIW, President of Insurance Education & Training Associates

What is a trust? Are they really “no big deal” as our homeowner customers have been told – often by their attorney? Does it make a difference as to whether the insured is covered by the 1991, 2000, 2001 or 2011 HO policy? What ISO HO trusts endorsements are available and when do we need to use them? Come spend an hour and have the Trust issue demystified.
