CEUs: n/a

Speaker(s): Martha Gagnon, CWP, CWPD

Program Description: There are hundreds of ways for an employer to encourage a healthy workforce, but few will yield sustainable results. It will look at how addressing specific life skills along with other factors can impact employee utilization, engagement and behavior change over time.

Martha currently serves as the Employee Benefits and Wellness Specialist, managing the A.I.M. Works wellness program along with assisting employers in obtaining additional employee benefits through Associated Industries of Massachusetts. She joined A.I.M. Mutual in 2013 as Wellness Coordinator and previously was Director of Worksite Health Initiatives for the American Cancer Society. She holds a B.S. degree in Human Services from Lesley University and is a Certified Wellness Program Director and Certified Wellness Practitioner.
