      Throughout her career, she has focused and excelled in leadership development, management mentoring, PL/CL account management training, Client Relationship Management and Internal Sales programs, time management and strategic planning, agency acquisition success programs, loss ratio management and growth incentive programs. Her experience in insurance has enabled her to create, develop and succeed in her own business’s training and developing existing agencies via leadership, sales, and management programs.

      Chris has an extensive background in property & casualty insurance, time management and strategic planning, information technology, insurance software systems, and all features of the Microsoft Office Suite. She currently owns and operates an Insurance Agency Management Consulting business, enabling her to utilize her years of experience in the agency environment and provides hands-on training and development to all levels of agency personnel.

      Her business and name in the insurance industry has grown tremendously over the past 9 years and as a result, she has gained the credibility and confidence necessary from the agency principals and their teams, while focusing on the needs of the individual agency client. She works closely with large insurance companies and organizations that provide cooperative funding to agencies to enable the agency with the necessary funding to help the agencies grow and prosper. These affiliations have allowed her to excel in this industry and she looks forward to growing her business to its next level in the future.
