Ginny is a mindfulness coach and resilient life skills facilitator. She is an authorized instructor of the renowned MBSR, Mindful Based Stress Reduction; program developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and has recently completed a study with Dr. Judson Brewer on using mindfulness to change eating habits.
Ginny’s first career was in business, holding the positions of CFO, Controller, and Director of Information Technology among others. Years in these leadership roles support the work Ginny does in Corporate Mindfulness.
She also has an extensive outdoor leadership background and holds closely a deep-seated believe that nature holds all the answers and has the ability to restores us.
