The BIG Event is hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA). Approximately 1,800 professional
independent insurance agents and their customer service representatives attend. Company representatives from the 60+
sponsoring companies are also in attendance at The BIG
Event to meet and entertain the agents.
The BIG Event is held at the Marriott
Hotel, Copley Place,110 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116.
The Exhibition Hall holds 133 booths and
is located on the
3rd floor of the hotel.
The Trade Fair is on Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd. The Conference runs from October 31-November 3rd, 2019.

Exhibitors must stay for the hours that the Annual Trade Show is open to the public;
if exhibitors leave early, their company will not be allowed to exhibit with us the following year.
