We all worked very hard to achieve the Five Star Designation and the results have been amazing. Some of the benefits to the Agency are improved customer focus, better communications, improved morale and improved planning. The fact that we received the designation is great, but the overall improvement in the agency's performance is what really matters and that has been accomplished.
