Available for MAIA member agencies with 1-50 employees. Plans available from Fallon, Harvard Pilgrim (for Eastern & Central MA businesses) & Health New England (for Western MA businesses)

Things to consider:
Participation is subject to a Coop Membership Fee (based on number of subscribers and paid monthly).
Plan selection is limited to selected plans by each carrier for the Coop.
Wellness Program Participation is REQUIRED by 60% of employer group to attain maximum savings.

Interested agencies must enroll with the Coop directly: “Insurance Enrollment”. Your MAIA membership will be then verified to receive a PIN# for your broker to use in quoting for you.
