  • 60 day "mini-tail" after the expiration date to report claims made during the policy period;
  • Reimbursement for trial attendance at Westport's request, up to $10,000 per claim against you;
  • No lateral hire limitation endorsement;
  • $10,000 aggregate indemnification (no deductible!) for Disciplinary Proceedings against you.
HOW TO SUBMIT BUSINESS:
  1. You need to be a member of MAIA with a completed broker's agreement.

  2. Complete the application and any necessary supplementary forms with
    your insured and fax them to:

  3. We will contact you or send a quote.

  4. If you would like to accept this proposal, return the quote acceptance signed by the insured and a NET premium check made payable to:
