• Temporary Event Policies Also Available...

  Great rates are available for weddings, private parties, fairs and other "temporary events". This a great way to provide clients peace of mind when they throw a wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, anniversary party or holiday reception. Please use the short Temporary Event Application to apply for coverage.

• Liquor Liability coverage with limits of $1 million per person /
  $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate, with no deductibles.
• Comprehensive General Liability coverage with limits of $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate, with no deductibles.
• Assault and Battery coverage is available for a 10%-20%
  add-on. Our assault and battery coverage is for the full policy limits. No sublimit applies.
• Excess Property Damage coverage is available for a 1%
  add-on.
• A 10% discount for clients if 100% of managers and 75% of servers participate in an approved alcohol-training program. For a listing of approved programs, click here.
• A 50% discount for assault and battery coverage if 100% of managers and 75% of non-management staff participate in an approved security training program. For a listing of approved programs, click here.
• A 10% discount for establishments that close by 8 pm.
• No off-and-away exclusion

1. You need to be a member of MAIA with a completed broker's agreement.

3. We will contact you or send a quote. It is our goal to get back to you with a quote within 48 hours.
4. To bind coverage you will need to collect a down payment and mail the original application and check to our office:

5. We will then have the policy issued and forward it to your office.

Rating Tiers

• Preferred tier is for those clients with liquor sales under 60% and a three-year loss ratio under 55%.
• Modified tier is for those clients with liquor sales between 60%-100%, with a three-year loss ratio under 55%; they also must have participated in an approved alcohol-server training program.
• Standard rates for those insureds who do not qualify for the "preferred" or “modified” programs.
