Introducing…

| Do
you ever wonder how other CEOs are managing their challenges? Where do you go
to get advice or perspective to learn a new way? What would it be like to have
an ongoing CEO/Leadership Roundtable that could help you solve your biggest business
challenges? What would it be like to have a trusted group of advisors? MAIA is
offering just that opportunity to its members.

meet three hours once a month for one year, and it is limited to the first twelve
executives who sign up. The Leadership
Roundtables tm will be facilitated by an
experienced CEO Roundtable facilitator, management consultant and coach, Bonni

| The monthly meetings
are divided into three value added segments: |

each leader presents his agency in strategic focus and gets feedback and
suggestions on strategy and tactics to achieve goals |
| 2nd

communication, team problem solving, reward and recognition, consultation,
