Here's your opportunity to join your industry friends and competitors for a fun day of golf to benefit MAIA's youth golf program. Without your support of this tournament, MAIA will be unable to send finalists to the national tournament at the Dornick Hills Golf and Country Club in Ardmore, OK.

We've dedicated the tournament in memory of Philip J. Farrell, a long-time supporter of the Trusted Choice Big I Junior Classic (formerly Independent Insurance Agents Junior Classic - IIAJC) and a past president of this association. We hope you will join us for the tournament as a tribute to Phil's many years of dedication to the American Agency System.

Format: 4-person scramble, net & gross format, maximum strokes 18, featuring closest to the pin and hole-in-one contests and over $2,000 in prizes. Chance to win for all skill levels.
Entry Fee: $150 per person -- includes greens fees, cart, dinner, short awards ceremony and the chance to win valuable prizes
Deadline: Applications accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline: June 12, 2009
