Registration FAQs

Do I need to pre-register for classes at the Big Event?

Nope! You can just show up. (Exception: P&C Licensing Class requires pre-registration & payment.)

If I am bringing my staff on Saturday, do I need to register them for specific classes?

Nope! See above.

Why do I need to tell you who I am bringing in advance?

(1) So we can prepare their name badges and ticket packets, and (2) So we have enough lunches!

Do we have to wear masks at the Big Event?

Yes, in accordance with the indoor mask mandate currently in effect for the City of Boston. Learn more about our Big Event COVID Protocols HERE!

What do I need for CE classes?

A photo ID and a completed sign-in form with your Producer License number. We will have forms at the door, but encourage you to download and complete them ahead of time to avoid the line!

How does the P&C Licensing Special work?

When you register for an All Access Pass, you (the registrant) can go to EVERYTHING at the Big Event (including the 2-day Property & Casualty Licensing review class)! But that’s not all – the All Access Pass ALSO entitles you to send ADDITIONAL agency staff to the P&C Licensing for just $155/person ($100 off the regular price)! Once the All Access Pass-holder signs up, they will be able to indicate which additional staff members will be attending the Licensing class. 

Do I need to purchase A La Carte tickets for my staff if I am bringing them on Friday?

Yes. A Friday Pass includes access for one person to EVERYTHING on Friday including conference, trade fair, lunch with Joe Andruzzi, and the TGIF cocktail reception. Or, you may purchase individual tickets for an Education Program, Trade Fair, or Friday Lunch only.
