How to report a claim, suits or incidents:
Notice of any claim, suit or circumstance, which you think may give rise to a claim, should beprovided to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) as soon as possible (this includes subpoenas for records). There are several ways to accomplish this:
You will be contacted by an Agents E&O specialist within 24 hours of receipt. Start gatheringpertinent information, such as agency agreements, correspondence, notes, coverage positionletters from the carrier and any underlying policies.
Please do not take any preliminary statements from your staff or permit any of your staff todiscuss the claim with the client or his/her attorney before discussing the matter with theclaims specialist from AGCS.
